Unexpectedly, after a short illness, bravely borne, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Wednesday, 10^th December, Joanne (Jo) of Stainton, Penrith, beloved wife of John and much loved daughter of Michael. Aged 53 years. Jo will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Tuesday, 23^rd December at 2.00 pm. Peacefully, at Cold Springs Park Care Home, Penrith, on Thursday, 11^th December, Freda, formerly of Lazonby, beloved wife of the late Eric, dearly loved mother of Tim, Peter and the late Gill, loving grandmother of Tom, Ben, Emma, Molly, Gavin, Natalie and Oliver. Aged 95 years. Service at Penrith Methodist Church on Monday, 22^nd December at 11.30 am followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery. Suddenly, in Spain on Thursday, 6^th November, Nicholas (Nick) of Langwathby, Penrith, a wonderful husband of Toinette, loving father of Sophie and Lara, much loved son of Marjorie. Aged 57 years.
