Sudden and unexpectedly, with his loved ones by his side, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Wednesday, 18th March, Bruce of Margate Cross, Tirril, Penrith, beloved husband of Jayne, adored dad of Layla, Robbie and George, brother of Flash, a sadly missed son-in-law, brother-in-law and good friend to many who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Aged 53 years. Service and interment at St. Michael's Church, Barton on Wednesday, 1st April at 11.30 am. (Parking will be available at Fabi’s Farm.) Peacefully, at Cold Springs Park Care Home, Penrith, on Thursday, 12th  March, Betty of Penrith, dearly loved wife of the late Kenneth, loving mother of Keith and Ruth, mother-in-law of Amanda and Frank and a much loved nana and great-nana. Aged 93 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Tuesday, 31st March at 11.00 am. Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, 22nd February, Tony of Langwathby, Penrith, beloved husband of the late Rosemary (d. 1986) and Margaret, (d. 2024) dearly loved father of Hilary, Stephen, Susan and Martin, step father of Sally, Paul and Philippa and a proud grandpa and great-grandpa.
