On the 26th July, after a long illness, Nick passed away at home, and died with great strength, courage, dignity and humour, aged 76 years. Nick was a dearly loved husband of Margaret, father of Louise, Phillip and Cheryl and father-in-law of Miles, Chris and Martin, stepfather of Tracey and Sharon, stepfather-in-law of Nathan and James and grandfather of ten wonderful grandchildren, Brother of Richard and the late Judith, Uncle of Oliver, Hannah, Rachael, Suzanne, and Mark. Nick was a wonderful caring person and friend to so many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service followed by private interment to take place at All Saints' Church, Watermillock on Tuesday 12th August at 1.00pm.
