Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle, on Wednesday, 2^nd April, Karen of Appleby-in-Westmorland, much loved wife of David, loving mum of Shannon and Alarna, grandma of Daisy and Lilah, who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends, Aged 57 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Thursday, 24^th April at 11.00am. Peacefully, at Penrith Hospital, following a short illness, on Thursday, 27^th March, Barbara Mary of Langwathby, Penrith, beloved wife of Alan, much loved mum of Alison, Helen, Claire and Jennifer, grandma of Lewis, Josh, Miguel, Brandon, Poppy, Lucas and Daisy, sister of Muriel and Maureen, also remembered by Malcolm, Mike, Ian, Pauline, Janette, Alan, Dean, Andy, Miguel and Michelle. Aged 73 years. Service at St. Peter's Church, Langwathby on Monday, 7^th April at 2.00 pm followed by interment at Langwathby Cemetery. Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Wednesday, 12^th March, Jim (James) of Lazonby, Penrith, much loved Pops of Ben, and a sadly missed grandad of Mia, Ava, Eadie, little Ava and Matilda. Aged 77 years. A Celebration for Jim’s life will be held at Eden Valley Crematorium, on Friday 11^th April at 2.00pm. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, 22^nd March, Diane of Sycamore Drive, Penrith, beloved wife of Ronnie, much loved mum of Stephen and Kerry, devoted gran of Matthew, Thomas, Charlotte, Harry and Toby and a sadly missed mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, auntie and friend to many. Aged 70 years.
