Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee on Friday, 23^rd February, Betty of Sand Croft, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Donald, dearly loved mam and mother-in-law of Susan, Derek, Lynda and Stephen, a devoted and proud grandma and great-grandma. Aged 94 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Wednesday, 6^th March at 2.00 pm. Peacefully, at home in Hunsonby on Wednesday 14^th February, Aged 96 Years. Keith, is survived by Vivian his wife of 72 years, four children, ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Sunday, 18^th February, Derwent of Doddick Farm, Threlkeld, a much loved father, father-in-law, grandad and brother who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Aged 80 years. Service at St. Mary's Church, Threlkeld on Friday, 1^st March at 12.30 pm followed by cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium. At home, surrounded by his family on Sunday 21^st January, Peter John, of Unthank, Gamblesby; wonderful husband of Shirley, much loved father of Sarah, Anna, James and Matthew, adored Grandpa, and a good friend to so many. Aged 95 Years. Service and Interment at St John the Baptist Church, Melmerby, on Friday, 16th February at 1pm.
