Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family at Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle on Saturday, 20^th January, Brian of Penrith, dearly loved husband of Janet, much loved dad of Michael and Nigel, father-in-law of Alison and Nicola, loving and proud grandad of Liam, Matthew and Toby and great-grandad of Harvey and Theo. Peacefully, at home on Sunday, 21^st January, Ian of Pategill, Penrith, beloved husband of Eileen and a much loved and sadly missed dad, grandfather, brother, uncle and a very good friend to many.
