Peacefully, after a short illness, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Tuesday, 9^th April, Marjorie (Marj) of Hutton Court, Penrith, (formerly of Shap), beloved wife of the late Derek, much loved mam of David and Michelle, and a sadly missed mother-in-law, nana, sister, and auntie. Aged 67 years. Service at St. Michael’s Church, Shap, on Tuesday, 23^rd April at 11.30am, followed by interment at Shap Cemetery. Edna, of Netherend Road, Penrith, beloved wife of the late George, much loved mum of Liz and the late Susan, mother-in-law of Harvey, adored grandma of Mark, Rachel, Rebecca, Gemma and David, Sister of Marina and her husband Eddie, great grandma, auntie, and a dear friend to many. Service at Christ Church, Penrith, on Thursday 25^th, April at 11:00am, followed by a private cremation.
