Peacefully, after a short illness, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Sunday, 13th November, Annie Elizabeth of Murrah Hall (formerly of Millfield, Hutton Roof), wife of the late Eddie, dearly loved mother of Kathleen and the late David, beloved grandma of Kerry and Joseph, great-grandma of Charlie, Rosie, Ben and Annie, also great-great-grandma of Ayla Rose. Aged 96 years. Service and interment at St. Kentigern’s Church, Mungrisdale on Tuesday, 29th November at 11.00 am. Radcliffe, née Frith:

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, 13th November, Hilda of Penrith, beloved wife of the late Ronnie, much loved mam of Anne, Colin, Julie and Gillian, a loving mother-in-law, nana, grandma and great-grandma. Aged 93 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Monday, 28th November at 12.30 pm. Peacefully, at home, with his wife by his side, on Friday, 11th November, Lloyd of Penrith, dearly loved husband of Sue and a good friend to many. Aged 88 years. Interment at Penrith Cemetery, on Thursday, 24th November at 12.15 pm followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Penrith Methodist Church at 1.00 pm. Please feel free to wear something bright. Peacefully, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Marion of Tirril, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Allan and a much loved mum, mother-in-law, granny, nanna, auntie, sister and friend to many. Aged 78 years. Service at St. Michael’s Church, Barton on Wednesday,16th November at 11.30am, followed by private cremation. McLuckie

Our mother Eileen died peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on Tuesday, 1st November. She was desperately loved and adored whilst being so fiercely devoted to us all and her late husband Bruce. Her love, smiles, fun and conversation will be deeply missed by so many, but especially by her children and grandchildren: Stuart, Alastair, Susan, Olivia, Louis and Violet. Service at St. Andrew's Church, Penrith on Friday, 18th November at 1.00 pm followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery.
