At Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, 19^th April, Barbara (Jane) of Edenhall and formerly of Ousby, a much loved mother of Joanne and Richard, treasured mother-in-law, gran and sister. Aged 71 years. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Thursday, 1^st May at 11.00am. Peacefully on Friday 11th April at The Cumberland Infirmary, David of Penrith. Much loved dad of Simon and Samantha, father-in-law of Janice and Efisio, grandad of Amy and Ash, great grandad of Aiden and Elliott, also a sadly missed uncle and a friend to many, aged 90 years. A service to celebrate David's life will be held at Eden Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April at 12.30pm. Please feel free to wear smart casual. Passed away peacefully at The Cumberland Infirmary after a short illness on Wednesday 9th April, Alva of Pooley Bridge. Wife of the late Bill, much loved mum of Suzanne and Kevin, mother-in-law of Anne and Oz, dearly loved grandma of Elexis and brother of Roland, aged 91 years. Funeral service to be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 24th April at St Michael's Church Barton followed by interment in the church yard. Family flowers only please.
