Peacefully, at Winters Park Care Home, Penrith, Thursday, 27^th January, Thora, Aged 90 years, formerly of Yanwath, Penrith, beloved wife of sixty nine years to Brian, much loved mother of Catherine, Gillian and Jonathon, a devoted mother-in-law, grandma, great-grandma and Val, Thora’s sister in spirit. Thora was a good friend to the Badminton Club, Scottish Country Dancing and to the churches at Barton and Pooley Bridge. Service and cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium on Tuesday, 8^th February at 12.30pm. Suddenly and unexpectedly at home, on Saturday, 22^nd January, William, Guy of Culgaith, Penrith, beloved brother of Jane and a sadly missed uncle of Sian. Aged 61 years. Aged 95 years. Service at St. John's Church, Nenthead on Thursday, 3^rd February at 12.00 noon followed by private interment at Nenthead Cemetery.
