Peacefully, after a short illness, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Friday, 10th May, Eric of Langwathby, beloved husband of Judith, much loved dad of Pamela, Karen and Dawn, father-in-law of John, Anthony and Andrew and a loving grandad and great-grandad. Aged 68 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday, 24th May at 1.00 pm. Peacefully, on Monday, 6th May, Margaret Hope of Watermillock, loving wife of Dr. Colin Hay, devoted mum of Gavin and Martyn, sister of Joe and the late Voreda and a dear auntie. Aged 90 years. Private cremation.

At the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle with family by her side, on Monday, 6th May, Doreen of Scattergate Crescent, Appleby, beloved wife of the late Gerald, much loved and sadly missed mam of Michael and mother-in-law of Jill, treasured sister, auntie and a close and good friend to many. Aged 93 Years. Service and cremation at Manchester Crematorium on Wednesday, 15^th May at 12.00 noon.
