At home with his daughter by his side, on Thursday, 21st March, William (George) of Croft Terrace, Penrith, beloved husband of the late Joan and a much loved father of Judith. Aged 94 years. Service at Christ Church, Penrith on Wednesday, 10th April at 11.30am followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery. Grattan: Beloved husband, father and grandfather, aged 79 years, a proud Welshman who loved the Cumbrian fells, passed away, peacefully at home in Penrith on Thursday, 14^th March. Private committal at Eden Valley Crematorium, followed by a Service of Celebration for Grattan’s life, at Penrith Methodist Church, on Friday, 5^th April at 3.00pm. Peacefully at home, on Tuesday, 5^th March, Doreen of Newton House, Penrith (formerly of Wetheriggs Lane, Penrith) dearly loved wife of the late Bob for 63 years, loving mam of James and the late David and their wives Helen and Carolyn, precious grandma of Christopher, Chloe and Caitlin and great-grandma of Greyson and Hudson.
