Peacefully, at home on Wednesday, 19^th February, Peggy of Newbiggin, Stainton, wife of the late Stan, mother of Maureen, Tim and Pam, mother-in-law of John and the late Eileen, nana of Peter, Jack, Matthew and Lauren, great nana of Felix, Toby and Henry and not forgetting Peggy’s beloved dog Ben. Aged 93 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday, 6^th March at 11.40am. Peacefully, at home, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, 23^rd February, Margaret of Penrith, much loved wife of the late Dr Hugh Barr, a loving and sadly missed mum, granny and great-granny. Aged 91 years. Private cremation followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at United Reformed Church, Penrith on Thursday, 5^th March at 12.00 noon.
