Peacefully, at home on, Wednesday, 23^rd October, Alan, of Plumpton, beloved husband of Susan, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Jeff and Rosemary, Craig and Liz and the late Julie, devoted grandad of Anthony, Victoria, Ellie and Ben, much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and good friend to many. Aged 78 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday, 4^th November at 12:20 pm. Peacefully, at Penrith Hospital on, Sunday, 13^th October, Doris of Penrith, dearly loved mum of Judith, Janice, Jeanette and Chris, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother. Aged 78 years. Service at St Andrew’s Church, Penrith on Tuesday, 29^th October at 11:00 am, followed by cremation at Carlisle Crematorium at 3:40pm. Suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, 14^th October, Thomas of Victoria Road, Penrith, (formerly of Highfield, Tirril) beloved husband of Marguerite, dearly loved dad of Anna and Edward, father-in-law of Lee, very proud and adored papa of Lily and Tallulah (Squeak), sadly missed brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a great friend to many. Aged 63 years. Service and interment at St. Michael’s Church, Lowther on Friday, 25^th October at 12.00 noon. Sadly, but peacefully, after an illness courageously borne, at West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven, on Thursday, 10^th October, Irene Mary of Greystoke Road, Penrith, devoted wife of the late Wilfred, mam of Ann and Paul, mother-in-law of Gordon and Helen, nanna of Lora and grandma of Samuel and Holly. Aged 87 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Thursday, 24^th October at 12.20 pm.  Peacefully, at home, on Monday, 30^th September, Nancy of Langwathby, beloved wife of the late Revd Derrick Greeves and hugely loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, aged 99 years. Committal at Carlisle Crematorium on Tuesday, 22^nd October at 10.20 am followed by a Service of Celebration at Langwathby Methodist Chapel at 2.30 pm. Aged 82 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday, 21st October at 12.20 pm.
