Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Friday, 14 th June, Vera (Nurse Lamb) of Sand Croft, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Raymond, much loved mum of John, mother-in-law of Julie, dearly loved granny of Taryn and Nathaniel who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Aged 94 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday, 26 th June at 1.00 pm. Peacefully at home, after a short illness courageously borne, Audrey Doreen, aged 86, beloved wife of Keith of the Old Tower Brackenburgh; dearly loved mum of David, Christopher, Andrew and Elisabeth, and much loved Grandma of Sam, Josh, Ayesha, Ben, Hal, Max and Flo. She will be remembered by many friends for her joyful enthusiasm, her love of Jesus, her invaluable contributions to the life of the Church, and her music-making. Funeral Thanksgiving Service at St John’s Church, Plumpton, on Friday 31st May at 10am followed by interment in Grasmere cemetery. Suddenly, but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Tuesday, 14^th May, Phyllis of Lazonby, beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved mam of Fiona and Neil, mother-in-law of Mark and loving gran of Jonathan and Joseph who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Aged 82 Years. Service and Interment at St. Nicholas' Church, Lazonby on Wednesday, 29^th May at 11.00 am. Peacefully, at Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle, on Sunday, 19th May, Frank of Penrith, beloved father of Michael and Wendy, devoted step father of Diane, Gordon and the late Tony and Les, cherished grandfather and loving great grandfather. Aged 74 years.  Service at St Andrew’s Church, Penrith on Thursday 30th May at 11:00 am, followed by Cremation at Carlisle Crematorium.
