After a short illness at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Friday 6^th December, Richard Dennis of Melmerby, formerly of Gallibar, Long Marton, beloved husband of the late Margaret, father of Angela, Marianne, Eileen and the late Allan, treasured grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Aged 91 years. Service at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday 16^th December at 3:40 pm. Peacefully, at home on Monday, 18^th November, Maureen of Clifton, formerly of St Albans, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Aged 87 years. Peacefully, at home on Friday, 6^th December, Joyce of Askham, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Max, much loved mother of Lynda and Michael and a dear grandmother and great-grandmother. Aged 103 years. After a Private Cremation, a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Joyce’s life will be held at St. Peter’s Church, Askham on Monday, 16^th December at 12.00noon. Aged 88 Years. Service and Interment at St. James’ Church, Hutton-in-the-Forest on Friday, 13^th December at 12.00 noon. Tim passed away peacefully, at home, on Friday, 29^th November, with his loving wife Ali and his much loved huskies Ti and Sasha, loving son of Dorothy and Brian, brother of Ollie, a dear son-in-law, uncle, godfather and a true gentleman and friend to many. Aged 48 years. Private cremation followed by a Service of Celebration at St Michael’s Church, Shap on Thursday, 12^th December at 1.30pm. Sadly, at Lanercost House, Carlisle, surrounded by her family on Saturday, 23^rd November, Pat, formerly of Brunswick Square, wife of the late Freddie, dearly loved mam of Keith, Karen and Michelle, nana, great-nana and friend. Aged 81 years. Service at Christ Church, Penrith on Tuesday 10^th December at 11:30 am followed by Cremation at Carlisle Crematorium.
