Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Thursday, 17^th June, Nellie of Dacre, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Maurice, much loved mam of Jean and Stella, mother-in-law of Peter and the late Leonard, loving nanna of Daniel, Edward and Kirsty and a devoted great-nanna. Aged 85 years. Private Service and interment at St. Andrew's Church, Dacre, on Tuesday, 29^th June at 2.00 pm. The cortège will leave Nellie's home at 1. 45 pm for anyone wishing to pay their respects. Suddenly taken away from us all, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Tuesday 15^th June, Janet of Penrith, formerly of Maryport, dearly loved mam of Neasha, Tanya and Kevin, much loved nana of Ashleigh, Ella, Alfie, Anna and Mae, mother-in-law of Marcus and Rachel and a dear sister, aunt, great aunt, great-great aunt, and friend to many, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Aged 73 years. Service at St Catherine’s Church, Penrith on Friday, 25^th June at 10:00 am, followed by burial at Penrith Cemetery. The Service will be relayed outside for any who are unable to access the church due to social distancing rules. Family would like to see all who knew Janet in attendance.
