Peacefully, at Milton Keynes on Tuesday, 14th of September, Bruce, son of the late Jill and Jock Keir OBE and much loved father of Eleanor and Archie, brother to Bill and Jane and uncle to Elizabeth and Katherine. Aged 60 years.
