Peacefully, at home in Carlisle after a short illness on Thursday, 12^th September, Norman formerly of Shap, Penrith, sadly missed son of Ada and the late Ronald, beloved husband of the late Margaret and a much loved father, grandfather and brother. Aged 69 years. Service at St. Michael’s Church, Shap on Thursday, 19^th September at 2.00pm, followed by interment at Shap Cemetery. After a tragic accident on his motorbike, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, 15^th August at Royal Preston Hospital, James (Jimmy) of Threlkeld, Keswick, beloved son of Eden and the late Robert, much loved twin brother of Andrew and brother of Robert and David and a dear brother-in-law and uncle. Aged 51 years. Service and cremation at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday, 2^nd September at 1.00pm.
